Through our Bentley Academy, we offer a 1 year paying learnership to young prospective Call Centre Debt Collection Agent who are not employed. This learnership offers high-quality training combined with practical work training.
Therefore in return we require top quality candidates who:
- Have good matric results
- Are able to work at various stages on shift work
- Are committed, assertive and articulate
At the end of the learnership the successful candidates will, depending on our companies needs and your performance, either be offered a position with the company or be well qualified with another company in the industry.
