We have done an analysis of our debt collection rate for established clients for 2018 versus our collection rate in 2017 and we are pleased to advise that we improved our collections on average by 38% in 2018 over the 2017 figures.

We introduced numerous improvements in our workflow processes and worked hard on other factors which all come together well to deliver much better debt recovery for clients. While we are pleased with these results, we won’t be resting on our laurels in 2019. The plans that we have for this year are more ambitious than last year and we look forward to even further improvements in collection results.
